Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Harbor & Co products! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns:

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

• Manufacturer defects or damaged items: We'll accept returns on opened or used products and cover return shipping costs. Please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the defect.
• Unopened, unused items: Eligible for return within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Non-Eligible Returns We do not accept returns on opened/used products due to personal preference (scent, fragrance preference, etc.).

Refunds All approved returns are issued as store credit.
